Not by sleeping with baby

Sleeping with a baby in one bed or cosleeping, is a baby sleeping with parents, with caregivers or with his brother. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is a dangerous practice for children under 2 years old.

According to the Nemours Foundation, the people mentioned below must avoid cosleeping with babies:

•All the people who consume alcohol or use drugs.

•Smokers (because it increases the risk of sudden infant death syndrome.

•Especially children under the age of 3 years, since being accidentally turned while sleeping and the baby on top.
